Learning to cook: "Uzbek Rice"

One of the easy things my mom made when I was a child is a dish we call Uzbek Rice.

I was home alone, and guess what. I burnt the dish after only 4 minutes, so I had to cut new onions. The meat was slightly burnt too, but there was nothing I could do about it.

In the end it turned out pretty good. My dad was like "ok, now I can sleep better at nights, knowing you won't starve to death."
